Hi,
I have a Hydor Koralia 1 and a Koralia nano in my tank that I got from Drs. Foster and Smith. When I have unplugged them they do not start working again when I plug it back in. Something is obviously wrong. I have taken out the Koralia 1 and tried to clean it, but no luck!!! What should I do? Thanks, Tim |

Order Numbers
I had two order numbers. I am not sure which ones included the Koralias. They were N7709403-1 and N7709403-2.
Thanks for any help you can offer. Tim |

twagshot,
Thank you for your quick reply. We did locate your order (#N8071281) for the Koralia Nano. However, after reviewing your account we did not find the Koralia 1 on the order provided. We are making an exception to our standard return policy of 60 days and ask you to return the Koralia Nano to us. Once we receive this item, we will place an exchange order for a new pump. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any other questions or concerns. Chris C. Technical Support Drs. Foster and Smith |
