Mean B&W clown

My black and white clown has started terrorizing my tailspot blenny. The Blenny chases him back, but the clown could probably easily kill him. The clown bites me when I have my hand in the tank and will splash water at me if I am working on the light . This butt-head is much more aggressive than the false Percs in another tank. It's hard working in the tank because he won't stop biting me.
