carfeul of thoose shrimp, they are actually more like lobsters and see them be harmless in a tank for long time and then use thoose claws to rip apart their roommates. Still a nice looking tank.

Hopfully soon I can put some more fish and corals in it, funds permiting if you know what I mean

Tank is about 2 years old I'm still battling a little algae but for the most part it stays on the back.My red mushrooms gro like crazy so I have to take a few out every couple of weeks. The RBTA when open is about 7 inches across and great color.Hpe to get some more crab for the algae but my lawnmower blennie is making a small dent. Thanks for looking

The tank looks awesome. The great thing about this hobby is that you can start over and try something new after things go array. Love the rock work!

diadema dottyback. nice tank chris, have you tested for phosphates? that could be your problem with the algae.

how do you like that rotating thing on the return into the tank? I was thinking of getting it but i was worried the 350gph pump i have down in the back would cause water to blow up onto the lights.

Well it's been a while so I figured I would give an update.I decided to take out the background it was a major source of my algae problem so I took that out. Then I basically lost everything again except the dotty back and most of my new corals are gone and the major thing that happened was my RBTA got caught in my power head and it destroyed him I had a little piece of him left and have been slowly nursing him back now it's about the size of a quarter.I did get a pair of clowns, one misbar and one black and a tail spot blennie so far they have been doing well. One thing I really hate about this hobby is you go and find something at a lfs and it really good looking and you get it home and you think to your self wow that really going to look good when it grow and then BOOM it's the first thing to die or get caught in a power head or a fish eats it I just got a mushroom that was purple and green and looked really awesome and it got caught in the power head because it didn't attach it self to a rock that just really ticks me off.anyway enough of me ranting here are some pics.
