I probably shouldn't post this but the forum seems to be getting whiney. It's one thing if you've been frauded out of money owed to you, like what Grim was going through. It's quite another thing to publicly gripe that you weren't able to successfully buy something.

It's a pain in the you-know-what to sell stuff online, especially if you're trying to move things en masse. Flakes are ubiquitous. People send you all sorts of messages with ambiguous degrees of commitment to purchasing whatever is being sold. Some say they'll buy it, some ask a question, some say they'll buy it subject to a specific question. Some write in sentence fragments and netspeak that I can't even gramatically comprehend. That's all fine, but while those emails are coming in, others are coming in that are probably more emphatic in their interest, or give the appearance of greater reliability. And unless you mutually agree something is being held, it's silly to assume the seller is doing that.

If you haven't heard from somebody in PM, send them another one to follow up. 99% of sellers are following through as best they can and providing goods at a price that benefits other hobbyists. But don't bring the public drama.

I'll stop now.

....You're complaining that I was complaining? Isn't that somewhat redundant? LoL!

The word you're looking for is hypocritical--redundant would be inappropriate in this context.

I'm complaining about something legitimate, people who publicly whine when they have no good reason for doing so. Ergo, they're not analogous.

I do appreciate your sophomoric attempt at a rejoinder though.

Yea well your posts are REDUNDANT:

#1 Exceeding what is necessary or natural; superfluous.
#2 Needlessly wordy or repetitive in expression

And anyways, you had "no good reason" for your original post, either.

*Rolls eyes* Get a life.
