What happen to my order #100391855

I placed an order today before 3PM (pacific) and talked to guy (I think he's name Grant) he assured me it will be ship shortly. I checked on my order from your website it still say "wiil ship soon". What's going on?

I was hoping to get the stuff today, the reason I called to make sure it shipped out yesterday and he assured me it will. I guess I got lied on again (Yes this has happen before). Sucks! since I only have today to get the tank set-up.

Just got my invoice, why am I getting a shipping charge when my order was over $175.00?

you guys have done lots of price matching for me in the past and everytime I go over $175 I get free shipping, this is something I will take in consideration next time I make purchase. I thought you guys price match because you have the lowest price guarantee. Also I did not see on that link where it say price matching is considered sale items?
