Leonardo's Lagoon
Hello,
after two years of Formosa Forest it's time for an upgrade. I wanted to do something different then before, so I came up with the idea to develop a super shallow Reef-Crest tank. I bought and collected a lot of equipment the last months, and also graduated in the meantime. I'm finally finished now, so the build can begin! System Volume: 250 Gallon (210 Gallon nett.) Tank: 160 Gallon Super Shallow Rimless (63" x 44" x 14") Sump: 92 Gallon Rimless (31" x 31" x 21") Skimmer: Bubble King Super Marine 250 CaRx: Schuran Jetstream II (bypassed with 30 G vessel for extra reactor-time) KalkwasserRx: Schuran Kalkwasser-Reactor Lighting: 2x LAIII with AquaConnect 400 Watt and Lumatec E-ballasts (on a Light Rail) Flow: Tunze Wavebox + 4 Tunze 6101 Streams Grotech TECIII 3 channel dosing pump for dosing elements etc. ![]() (chair is only there for scale )![]() ![]() BK Supermarine 250 ![]() 4x Tunze stream 6101 ![]() Tunze Wavebox ![]() Schuran Jetstream II Calcium Reactor ![]() CO2 + Backup ![]() Schuran Kalkwasser Reactor I'm busy building the stand, more updates later! ~Leonardo

Thanks for all the reactions and compliments!
reefer334; I don't have recent pictures of the Forosa Forest, it is already partially broken down The most recent (an last) pictures you can find on page 9 of the Formosa Forest Thread trueblackpercula; Thanks for the offer This tank won't hold much branching corals, because I don't have the height for that. This tank will be dominated by tabling Acropora mostly. (reef crest species) Leonardo
