220 gallons, what pumps, skimmer, lighting, and wave makers do you recommend

hello pips,i wanted to ask if what kinda equipments do you recommend for a 220 gallons(72x24x30),fisrt with pumps and wavemakers,i want to have good water flow as much as possible, right now i have a rio submersible pump(320g p/h)and a iwaki 70rlt and there are three return outlet on the external from right, middle, and left side,i have a dual over flow on the right side.
then lighting(energy saver),i wanted something with fans on it ( i wanted just the flourescent lighting set only(i forgot moonlights),i only have fish only tank for now,but will buy corals later.
protein skimmer,i have a euroreef but it's only rated for like 180 g or 155,im not sure which model but i'ts a cs series(bought it used with the aquarium),then next is a uv sterilizer which brand and how many watts?
lastly a chiller, this is the most expensive thats why i's last(lol),i what do you think is better a drop-in chiller(no plumbing) or the regular plumb-in chiller, and do you think buying a used chiller is ideal?thanks and i hope i do get some replies..

here the link for the tank pics,i dont know how to reduce the size(lol)to many to edit..http://photobucket.com/binoy_415

Iam using a Gen-x PCX40 for my return it also feed the line to the UV steralizer and chiller. In the tank using 2 Tunze 6101's, plan on adding a Tunze Wave Maker. For lights I run 2x250 watt MH and 4 96x blue. My skimmer is an ASM G3 and it really works well.

My set-up is mainly softies with a few SPS and it seems to work well. Hope that gives you some idea.....

sorry bro,i did not mean to ask such dumb questions lol, haha, but any way,is there any way a 60x18x12 be a sump for my tank overflowing concern),i am planning to use it as a frag tank but i want to change my sump for more room(current sump 36x20x20)so i could put a fuge on it ,what would be the measurements for the walls spacers to make sure the proper water flow and my overflows on the side is not somehow balance, the right overflow tends to have more water than the one on the left, help pls, thanks people..
