something i noticed.
this product you have on your site shows the hose setup in a way that may cause problems.
http://www.drsfostersmith.com/produc...9&pcatid=13959 as you can see, the ATO hose end is under water. if the pump were to pump water into the tank with higher water level, it would create a syphon that would drain water from the main tank back into the topoff tank, which would switch the top off back on, and so on. i had this happen to me before, luckly i had no problems caused. i thought i would bring this to your attention because a lot of customers may try setting it up AS SHOWN in the picture.
