Thanks for the reply. Couple questions.

1. why did you stop using it?
2. What kind/brand sump do you have?

I am working in a 75 gallon right now.

THANKS
BRAD

I sold it with my complete 65 gallon setup over a year ago. I was one of the first to get one of these.
My sump i have made. using a msx 200. ITs a bit much skimmer for my load. ok its alot too much skimmer. The etss is a good skimmer. I would buy another. I might buy another one. But we will see if I sell my MSX. Good luck. If you get the etss get a good pump that can take the backpressure. It will be more stable. Not the rio pump get a mag 7 probably.

I just went through two mini g's and they made so much noise I couldn't stand it. This wasn't just a pump noise but a loud clacking sound. Fortunately my LFS took both of them back and I have since found out that this is common in the new ones. Now I have an Octopus NW110 on order.
