Looking for simple plans for aquarium stands...
I want to get started on the stand for my 120 this week, and was wondering if anyone could throw me a link to some simple plans.
I remember seeing some really good plans on here in the past, but i cant find anything browsing the archives. Thanks! |

i think there is a tank stand calculator somwhere... i will look for some...
but it is pretty simple if you just want a simple one... here is one calculator, http://www.garf.org/tank/buildtank.asp another i found but never used, http://www.fishandtips.com/index.php i personally used the garf one to get started and kinda took off on my own... garf has a few, just check out their diy pages... |

It is my understanding that you have to steam wood in order to bend it to fit a bowfront. I don't know much more about it than that, but I would think that anything with a convex/concave face would be infinitely more difficult to build than square...
