DIY electrical box

I saw a user on here who made his own electrical box. It had switches to run 2 outlets and it had like 6 or 8 other outlets. I would love to build something like this for myself, but I dont really know how to go about it. If anyone could help, with diagrams or whatever I would really appreciate it. Thanks everyone.

Here is mine, it is built into the side of the stand. The two switches control the outlet directly under it and that is where my skimmer and return pump is plug in. you can see the rest of the build by clicking the red house.

Thank you.

I run the low voltage stuff...ACIII, LEDS, Fans.

Also note that my tank is set up with at least 2 of everything. (Return pumps, lighting, heaters, etc.) That way if one GFCI trips, it won't shut everything down.
The tank will just think that the wind and waves calmed down.

No switches because it's connected to a PLC
