Lunar simulator problems

Hello,

I purchased the lunar simulator with 5 leds a few months back. Everything was working great for about 2 weeks. I then switched the simulator to manually off for a little while. Tonight I tried to program a time setting for them to come back on. The controller said they were on, but they do not come on. I then tried to manually turn them on and they won't turn on then either. I double checked the connections and everything seems fine. The only thing that I get is when I unplug the power supply from the simulator and plug it back in, I get a slight flash of my moonlights and that is it. What is going on?

The Light emitting diode is solid, which leads me to believe there is some sort of communication issue. The thing is, is that I haven't changed anything in the program. Could the RJ-11 connector have gone bad?

Have you tried connecting the LunarSim (input) directly to the AC 'Control out' and see if that works? Since it used to work I'll assume it isn't program or switch settings.

Does the LunarSim LED #next to the power plug# flash on/off? It will flash off when it decodes a valid X10 command #not necessarily a command for itself but it will give you an indication that communications is working to the unit.

Yeah, I tried that. The light isn't blinking at all. I have contacted neptune and they said to send it to them.
