replacing metal halides- wait time??

so i ordered my new xm 10k- i have 2 bulbs that are going to be replaced- this is my first time replacing these bulbs- is it going to be too much shock on my corals to replace them both at one time? or should i do 1 wait a week or so then do the other?

Replace both and reduce run time of MH by half to be safe and slowly increase every other day.
