Reef Solution vs. Prenatal

I was thinking on buying ECO Reef Solution. It was sugggested by a well known reefer and his tank shows a good results.

But another fellow reefer mentioned that all it was Prenatal vitamins. Since, my wife happens to be pregnant. I compared the ingredients and sure enough it was a matched.

My question is, has anyone research this before? good? bad? OK? don't know?

Any input would be appreciated.

I've not heard of anyone using prenatal vitamins on a reef tank. Overall, I'm not a fan of simply adding vitamins to the water as I do not know that there is any demonstrated benefit of doing so.

How would you use it? Added to fish foods, or to the water?

Be sure to check the "other ingredients" list to ensure there are not things you might want to avoid, such as phosphate salts.
