Dang!! I didn't know that. I have never seen a similar SPS. I have one. It completely browned out and fortunately, fully recovered (this took 6 months--I almost pitched it, now I am glad I didn't!). It is time to baby it. It seems to like low to medium light when it comes to SPS corals. Any tips? Mine is a pretty slow grower.

shelburn, that picture is taken with the camera flash so that's pretty acurate maybe even better in person frags of that wild colony were passed along to many reefers here in the west coast, there is even a LFS owner that has a colony grown fro a frag that was passed to him, I picked this milli from a local wholesaler/nursery Roosens in 2003, came from Jakarta Leishman and a few other known reefers in my area grew their frags as colonies if you do a search for the Sunset Milli you can probably the comparison pictures.
this is a photo no flash and actinics but you can definitely see the contrast.
Hot Pink yellow tips and bright green polyps.

Does this count as rare and expensive? Anyone ever seen this before? My photog skills suck and this has way more color in person.

thats pretty cool... astreopora? ... i am not sure, but i think i've read where jake adams spoke about this one

the raspberry limeade (lemonade) from ATL... mine is just light yellow green with barely any color contrast in the tips/coralites. it is growing pretty fast though ... this shot is from about 2-3 months ago... this is the best coloration i've ever seen out of it.... before and after this shot... its been kinda blah
