My order...Fedex smartpost
Order number N9853370
I ordered on 12/19 and the tracking number you sent me finally today shows the order being shipped by Fedex Smartpost. In home date of 12/30...?????? I have never had an order from you take this long. I believe I selected 7 day shipping and in the past it has never taken more than 3 days to get. I am sorry to post this because you are a great company but I don't think you should ship things in this manner. I see another post here with others venting about this. Please let me know if you can speed this up. I will gladly pay the difference and you have my permission to charge my card. Thank you, Derek |
