Question for I-tech skimmer users

I'm getting the medium sized one this week for my way too crowded 75 tank. Do you get micro bubbles coming from the outlet?

usually they blow out some bubbles for a few days before they settle down.do you have the water level at the top of the outlet tee?that is the optimum level for these skimmers.

Mine blew micro bubbles out of the drain for about a week and then all was well.

Chris, is that at the top of the outlet from the tee, or the top of the tee?

The microbubbles were crazy until things slimed over a little. Not that big of a deal after a few days.
Wait until you smell what that things pulls out of your 75 after it gets settled in.

OH GOOD!!! I have it at that depth in the Rubbermaid, and the stand for the sump is at that height.
