Why doesnt the phone work?

i tried calling for order information and the phone just goes busy everytime i tried?

Yes I noticed that as well. Tried to add something to a internet order.

We apologize about our phone lines being down. Extreme weather over the holidays inflicted extensive damage to ATTs phone network in northern IL.
According to estimates we should be back online within next 24 hours.
Best way to contact us at this time is via email.
All current orders are being processed without any delay.

I've emailed and still have received no response. My order id is 15405. Please advise via email as to when this will ship.

I have not recieved a response either. my order number is Order ID: 15412. I ordered two days ago and just wanted to know when this would ship?
