Question feeding ?

hey what is the best time that everyone feed their soft corals is it before the lights come on or is it after the get shut off? thanks.

I don't feed mine, I let em get scraps if they are lucky and they still grow

but after lights out is best especially if you have fish or shrimp...they always peck it off my corals...

When I feed ( lol lol ) I feed like 5 or 10 mins after the lights are out.
