Magnesium levels affect on coral
What is the importance of magnesium to sps and lps coral health?
I have not been able to find a magnesium test kit in stock in several LFS, so have not yet tested for magnesium after putting in my frags last month. From my understanding, magnesium helps maintain the proper ratio between calcium and alkalinity. If both my calcium and alkalinity are good (420ppm, 9dkh respectively), would that mean my magnesium is okay? Thanks. |
