You always have to be very careful when sticking things in newborn babies noses. I learned that at a very young age. And if this advice saves just one baby today, you're welcome.

I hope that has some sort of screen.
The bulb thing is believed to have too much suction. I know my son would acted like his brain was getting sucked out with that thing. So this is better, safer, and yes very very gross. I can't start a siphion after 13 yrs with out getting water in my mouth, I can only imagine what i would get with that.
