Missing Livestock from order!

Hello my name is tim roote i had a order delivered today. Everything was packaged great and everything is alive and doing well, so i thank you for that. BUT i am missing something from my order. On the invoice (INVOICE #113277) it says everything was shipped. I am missing my 10 Bumble bee snails. There was a bag that had bumble bee snails written on the bag with a wet paper towel inside but NO snails! please help...
