Unhappy recent order

I received this order on March 20, 2009:

YOUR ORDER DETAILS:
ORDER NUMBER: N10206772 ORDER DATE: March 17, 2009

I received everything fine except the

CD-14035 Portable Refractometer 0-100 ppt salinity and
1.000-1.070 specific gravity Had some defect, when I look through it there are a couple of sploches that make it hard to read the numbers. I tried wiping the lenses with a soft cloth but they appear to be on the inside. I am going to send it back for a replacement. All other supplies were in great condition upon arrival.
