ACjr issues!
I bought my ACjr right before Christmas for my new 90g. The tank wasn't ready until about 60 days ago. My PH probe never calibrated properly so I called and was told I could get another one (which I still don't have yet), but the ACjr only had a 60 day warranty. Now I find that the"ENTER" button no longer responds, so I must connect my LT to do any programing. I have not even finished my programing and the thing isn't working properly. Is this a common problem? Shouldn't I get better service from a $260 controller that is almost new?

Hi,
Sorry to hear about the problem. All hardware is a 1 year warranty with the exception of the probes. Probes have a 90 day warranty. Please contact support@neptunesys.com, and we'll get the problem straightened out. Curt |
