Tank 1 Take 2 Update

alright fellahs, a collection of tank pictures I took today so you can see how it has turned out.

thanks Magrath.. after viewing the TOTM article I am thinking about pricing a phos and carbon reactor or whatever setup he has there.

In my opinion a phos and nitrate reactor make a huge difference after running them both for over two years.

2t2_crash if you are interested in running a nitrate and carbon reactor i have both that i don't use anymore.

how long does the carbon last in those things anyhow?

I donno, i have been running mine for maybe 2 months now and it still seems to be running very well.

you should change it out at least every 30 days. Carbon usually reaches its potential use by then and after that it does absolutely nothing for you.

IT's better to run 1/4th of the amount of carbon you are running monthly, and change it out weekly (i'm lazy, so i change mine out every two weeks.
