AquaSurf Issue
This evening I checked my data log on my AC3 to find that the data had cleared out. I only had a log from 7:00 am on. I later noticed that my two Tunzes were both "just on". The lights on the AquaSurf were not truning on and off. I tried power cycling the controller, disconnecting the AquaSurf, unplugging the Tunzes, Feed timer (which would turn off the pumps), manually turning the Tunze off via the server, and replacing my controller programming. None of which restored the AquaSurf to it's normal wave-making stting. I am currently running the newest Beta firmware. Anyone have any ideas?

Confirm that you can control the outlets of AquaSurf through control & status -> manual control. Make sure that the green led is on on AquaSurf, and blinks when commands are sent to it.

Curt I am unable to control the pumps on the AquaSurf using the control & status -> manual control. The green LED's are on on the AquaSurf but they do not blink.

If the light doesn't blink, then it isn't receiving commands from the AquaController. Confirm that the cabling is correct. If you are still having trouble give us a call 408-578-3022 when you are in front of the controller.
