Need ID please help.....

Ok, I have had this coral (which I just found out it was a zoanthid) for 4 months now and I can not get it to grow. Since I got it.....it looks less vibrant in color (red) and does not look healthy. I tryed moving it around the tank in various places (to adjust lighting and flow) and nothing seems to work. I would like to know what type of zoanthid this is and the best way to care for it? I feel stupid asking this....I am a nooob, I have only been in the hobby for 7 months and been preoccupied getting everything else stable. I admit Ive been neglecting it and praying it would just acclimate and grow by itself......But it has not.........My parameters are 1.027 SG, temp 78, Ca 425, KH 7.3.
Here are the pics......

Please see this thread.

but if you follow proper acclimation, meaning start them in the bottom first to allow them to acclimitize to the lighting then slowly move them up as time passes. you can literally place them anywhere under almost any lighting.
