Stand Mods I got some ???
Here is part of my plan, I am going to skim over this stand one of these days to AGA pine stand. The black is the stand the red is where I want to add some braces like drawn, in between on the 1 end I want to build a power center type thing with my controller. So how would I want to atatch these supports? Also I want to put styrofoam in the voids to help with noise a little maybe. any thoughts?

Think you may need actual photos for advice on this one.

Here is a couple of older pics
![]() ![]() I am going to skin over the stand and trim it out with some Maple or Oak panel to make it match the rest of our stuff. I thought since doing that I would add some support to it while filling in the gap, then I thought about making a control panel type thing on 1 end in the space to put my controller and such. The over hang part on my sad sad drawings are the top and bottom frame of the stand. I guess what I am wondering is can I just cut the pieces to fit and glue them or should I screw them to the verticle stuff thats there already. If I don't make sense let me know, I can try to get better pics if needed. Thanks |
