Adding Second Oscellaris Clown
I have a 26 gallon bowfront reef tank and initially bought two oscellaris clowns from the LFS. Unfortunately, one died and I am left with one. I have read that clowns are best introduced at the same time to prevent bullying, but would really like to add another one. Will it be OK to add another? Would adding a True Percula that looks a bit different help? Thanks.

Wait another month to be sure everything is stabilized in your tank and then try adding a smaller one. That way there will be no bullying or death of your current fish that is sure to be dominant now that it is established in your tank. The new smaller guy will have to submit.

I agree, when adding another, make sure it is smaller.

Best to get a juvenile of the same species that is smaller than the existing one.
