Help with my pics?

So I have tried all kinds of settings on my cameras and have had no luck getting picks like you guys. I was wondering what kind of settings you guys are using to get those awesome pics? I have a couple of Kodaks 1 is 7mp and the other is 8mp. Help me out my pics look like CRAP!!

There is a wealth of info in the photo section, so go there and read up. In the mean time a few things to start on are:
-Use a tripod (and try to aim straight through the glass, not at an angle)
-Turn off your pumps
-Try to use your apeture priority settings (I like F8 for most of my shots)
-Set your white balance to the cloudy setting (highest K #)

Home- 125 3X 150w MH/4X 39w T5, Mostly LPS with some SPS, zoas and palys thrown in the mix - Herbie overflow with Dart Super Gold return, I Tech 100 skimmer, Home made ATO, Rock wall, Apex controller, Bubbble Magus doser.
Office- AP12 12 Cree 3w LEDs Retro with dimmers on the whites and blues - Mostly Zoas and a couple LPS - JBJ ATO Lots of fans in the hood to keep the tank and lights cool.

Bring your camera to one of the club meetings and we'll play with it, with you.

Some cameras just simply will not take good pics. I have one for super duper macro, but the color sucks! Then I have a DSLR for color, but without the $1500 lens, the macro sucks...

My white balance on one camera can only be set by taking a pic. There are no preset settings. All the cameras are different.

For normal point and shoot type pics, with color AND speed and user friendly, believe it or not, it's my iPhone! Go fig...
