DIY sump questions

Well after being on the Horn this afternoon, was able to find a 55 gallon at a good price. Now where should I put the baffles, of what and where can I find the baffle material at a good price? LOL. Can I use tank silicone to attach it to the tank?

you can use acrylic from tap for it, it works fine no matter what people say, look on youtube.com for a diy video of sump making, there is one of a creapy guy in his game room and he shows you everything you need to know, but looking in the diy section on the site may provide more results
