Those are nice. The name green goblins has already been taken though, but since these are just common names it really does not matter. There are many times when different zoas are called the same common name and even the same zoa is called by different names on different sites and even the same site, no site names mentioned. lol. I think every zoa collector has visited that ste at least once.
Vivid sells Green Goblins. I got some and they are as sweet as they look on vivid. Orange skirt, green face/orange mouth.
Maybe call them Green Lanterns, though I think I saw that name used also, maybe not.
Well, they don't have them listed any more for sale on Vivid, just something called Hobgoblin, but here they are in my tank.

Fiji zoas are usually much smaller zoa. These are actually much larger than any Fiji zoas I have seen, though the colors are close to osme of them.

Vivid sells Green Goblins..................Vivid must make up there own name for Zoas. If you Check Coralpedia There is no Listing for
GREEN GOBLIN. Thats why I have went and submited a Pic to them with the name and see what they will come back with.

must make up there own name for Zoas That happens a lot.. Look at a bunch of Online vendors, you'll have the SAME EXACT POLYP named 100's of different " DESIGNER COINED NAMES ". but the same coral.

And there again, zoaID is only as authoritative in the name game as the individual person makes them.
The vendor that specializes in selling zoanthids could claim to be the authority on naming zoanthids, and by all right would be, just because common names are just that, common names, of which even the most common of common names in any aspect of the natural world can vary from region to region and no one person/site has the authority to say what is what and make it a law.

When I say " Designer Coined Names " I meant, they made a name as per what they think it should be named or what the want to put on it as a description of the polyp they want to sell. Different regions have different names for the same polyp. It happens, CoralPedia is used for general description purposes only, just because a polyp that is named something else to what your or I is used to and it is named something else on the site doesn't mean it's wrong.. it's just known generally as that.

The only different story I would see is others COINING/stamping the name hornet
( next generation/cousin/red/green/yellow/rainbow, etc ) to any polyp just because it has a circle on the disc of the polyp in the premise of gaining some EXTRA value to that polyp because it's named hornet to get some leverage for value just like the TRUE PURPLE HORNET.

I agree with the whole sham that goes into naming just to make it sell for lots by some. Though I myself have PH it is only because I like to collect zoas, but looking at them, if they were sitting side by side with say a Sunburst, and I knew neither by name or value, I would choose the Sunburst. But that is what makes this hobby go around, each individual likes something different.
I don't personally see a whole lot in the PH myself.

I sourced this colony from a fiji distributor a few years back, and one of the zoas on it looks just like what you have. I can dig up the name of the source if you'd like.

Not the best shot but all of those are Fiji and came in on the same branching rock.

Might very well be. No need to look it up, doesn't really mean that much to me to be honest. But appreciate it anyway.
As the name implies 'name game' it is just a game.
