Visiting Boston... what to do?

Hey all! I'm from Chicago - Joliet to be more specific... and my boyfriend and I are going to be in Boston for a few days starting Oct. 17.

We plan to visit the New England Aquarium, but we're also wondering what kind of fun things there are to do in and around Boston. Anything reef-related would be cool, but non-reef related is AWESOME too.

We were considering visiting Faneuil Hall Marketplace and the Salem Witch Museum, and also doing the Freedom Trail.

Thanks for any suggestions!
