What are your thought on this cone skimmer? The price is so much less. Worth a shot?

The pics surely look nice and from a few people I have talked to that own these skimmers state that they are built well. I am sure that these perform well and for the $ it will likely be hit for those budget hobbiests, beginners and seasoned reefers alike. I can't wait to see what they are like first hand.

The water is controlled by a wedge pipe.

I'd guess the new super reef octo's, and cones, fit the niche.

Sorry for the delay. We dropped the line of BM till they can offer a UL approval on their pumps. We don't mind carrying low cost skimmers but when it is our customers and their reef safety at hand, it is better safe than sorry and not carry the product till BM get their pumps certified.

After thorough testing of their skimmers and the multitude of requests we have now decided to stock the full line of Bubble Magus Skimmers.

Check them out.

Give us a call if you have any questions or need help deciding which model is best for you.

What would you reccomend for a 185gal display, 50gal sump/fuge? Its going to be a mixed reef, sps, lps and plenty of fish.
