Thank you! The flow is shut down to get a better picture. I have three 6102 and one 6202 Tunze Streams. Enough flow
Scape is completely without liverock, hard to get a decent aquascape. Leonardo

I would aim for a tank a bit higher. A tank this shallow is very hard to aquascape. Ed reef did a great job though. (in Large reef Forum)

Josh,
Google 'Volcano Reef Video', or go look on our home board under the halloween thread about pumpkins for a link to the video. I'd paste you a link, but I'm running out of battery on my phone. It will give you a very interesting idea for shallow reef aquascaping. |

Leonardo that is georgous, very nice job. So you'd go slightly taller if you did it again?

BTW, this is a great idea for a thread. I was just thinking about doing a peninsula style tank and thought about doing it as a shallow tank build so the timing is perfect to give me some idea's

Here you can see an updated video: The tank was built as if it was in wall when you see it from the living room, and you can also see it from the outside area. These pictures are not new, but they can help. |

Mikeeal; Thanks! Yes, I would go taller, especially with the large colonies I already had. This is one of the reasons I broke down the tank and prepare an upgrade.
A sea K; Yes, it's a lot of flow, but is all about how you aim it As a substrate I used a large grain aragonite sand. Leonardo
