Two year old tank and no sps yet

I have had my tank running for two years now and its still not ready for corals! Check out the last page of my build to see where I am at.

Why isn't it ready? What's going on with it that is causing problems? More details please.

72 Bow reef- Mostly SPS, i-tech 100, MP 40, 1/10 HP Chiller, 2X250W Giesman 14.5K and 2X54W Uri Actinics.

40 Breeder- Currently just have anemonies in there but SPS's to come- G2 skimmer, Tek 6 bulb fixture.

I have sps in my tank after two weeks of cycling. They are doing fine.
