Treating Acans.

Hi,

Since you are known to import lots of acans, I figure you should be the one I ask. How do you treat acans that suffers from tissue recessions? This is a slow process where infected tissue would simply melt away slowly. I tried lugol dip, coralRX dip or patch up the infected area with glue but nothing really helped. Any inputs from you would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
