What to feed and feeding schedule

Sort of a newbie however I try to be as well read as I can be... but I am just stumped on the topic of feeding. So much info out there and so many types of food.

I have 2 dusters various soft corals mostly polys and one LSP brain/favite.

Fish:
1 Black Perc
1 Firefish
1 Scissortail Goby
1 Diamond Watchman Goby

Food I currently have:

Frozen Mysis
Arctipods (leftover from Mandarin which didn't eat it)
DT's Phytoplankton

What should I be feeding my RSM 130 with the above livestock nano?
How much and how often?

I see everyone swears by Rod's Food and Cyclops-eeze should I buy them instead? What eats what?

I am a bit lost in all the types of food out there... I dont want to have to buy brine shrimp, blood worms, mysis, flake, plankton, oyster eggs and so forth and then figure out how much and when to feed each.

My fish get New Life Spectrum's Thera-A daily. I occasionally will feed some thawed mysis, or some flaked Prime Reef and every so often I'll use Cyclop-eeze or Oyster Pears for the corals. My LPS and RBTA get thawed mysis once a week.

Just be sure to go with a variety: flake, pellets, mysis, brine, etc. They will all find something they like.
