VHO, T5HO or MH for 40B Frag Tank?

Coral Experts, I need your advice.
I am fortunate enough that along with my new 90G DT set up and 75G sump, I have built in space for a 40G breeder to use as a frag tank. I am going to run it circulating with the rest of my system off of a manifold on my Dart with overflows running right into the skimmer compartment in my sump.

I am virtually starting from scratch on the lighting for the frag tank. I do have an IceCap 660 on hand with some VHO end caps, but I can go any direction with the lighting. I do want to make this a "budget" build though - no ATI PowerModules for my frags.

3 options I am considering:
1 - one 150w MH in LumenMax Elite (or similar) reflector with Lumatek multi-wattage ballast (so I can go up to 175w or 250w if I choose)

2 - 4 T5HOs run off of the IC660 in a gang reflector

3 - 4 VHOs run off of the IC660

Let me know your thoughts/advice, please!

Option 2.

I would use maybe 4 or 6 24W/39W T5's depending on the dimensions of your Frag tank.

I'm a fan of t5s as well, but it seems like it would be nice to get the light on your frag tank as close to that of your DT as possible. That way you have the same colors as your DT, no light acclimation when moving between tanks, etc.

I would do T5 for the color and the power savings, and lower heat
