How much do you dilute 2 part with RO/DI? 3 parts water per 1 alk? Same with Ca?

I'm not sure what you mean. There's generally no need to dilute a 2-part solution, although they can be diluted as much as you want.

I just purchased a LiterMeter 3 and read around that you need to dilute the 2 part because the LM isn't as accurate when you start dosing under 100ml per day.

Once you determin the amount of two-part mix you need to add to your system daily, then add that amount to rodi water to equal the amount your LitMeter will add over the course of a day. So if it takes 1/2 gallon of two-part mix to meet your daily demand and your Litmeter can be dialed down to 1 gallon per day, you then add the 1/2 gallon of Two-Part Mix to 1/2 gallon of rodi water & dose this mixture at the 1 gallon rate your meter puts out.

As long as your final LItmeter mixture is less than your daily evaporation rate you are good to go.
