Non-glare Acrylic Reef Safe?

The title really says it all. I'm building an ATO and only needed a little bit of acrylic to create a mount for the float switch and picked up a sheet of "8x10 Non-Glare" Plastic. I assume it's acrylic because it's clear plastic. It is supposed to be used for picture frames I believe. Since it's labeled as "non-glare" I'm not sure if there's some chemical in it that could be harmful. So, is this safe to use?

I thought that the non-glare was merely a matter of how the surface was textured?

I have no idea. I'm trying to find something on google. I hope you're right though. Thanks!
