Most Accurate Form of Testing

I'm thinking of buying a Hanna Multiparameter Photometer or a LaMotte SMART Spectrophotometer, at least these are the 2 I'm leaning towards. I'm also looking at some colorimeters. Any suggestions on which testing method is most accurate and any recommendations would be great.

What do you want to test? These have limitations in seawater, and alkalinity testing is not facilitated with a spectrophotometer or colorimeter.
