Salt creep on my return plumbing?

If there is salt creep on my return line where a 90 elbow joins the bulkhead and the pond hosing do i need to worry and do something? it means its leaking right? if so, what should i do?

Yes you have a leak. Find the highest point of the creep and you should have your leak point.
