Aiptasia X syringe tips anyone? Yes, this is wierd

Ever since I chatted up how great a green file fish is for controlling Aiptasia, our Igore has gone on strike. So, back to the human treatments to control it until he decides to get back to work.

I am looking for the metal tips that come with the Aiptasia X. I need them to inject lemon juice into the open aiptasia. Sharp needles puncture the necks if I hit them at the wrong angle. The blunts that come with Aiptasia X are perfect to inject a bunch of juice without puncturing the necks, even if I hit at the wrong angle.

So, if you have the tips and and can save them for me I would appreciate it. If you are north valley, I will pick them up. If you are farther south, I send SASE to mail them.

PS: Lemon juice REALLY works well. You just have to do it in a separate tank, or alternatively, just before a water change, and then make sure to buffer the replacement water.
Thanks!

weed control

Have you tried pickling lime . It works better than lemon juice . For me . You dont need to inject it into the weed . Just need to get close . Pickling lime gets thick when it in salt water . Coral safe sofar .

I just went on a majano/aptasia killing spree yesterday. I have tried Joe's juice, aptaisia X and aptasia Rx. Joe's juice has the best applicator, but by yesterdays killing spree, the Aptasia RX works the best. I have an extra needle I think. I'll look around and pm you if I have one.

I use the tips from old Salifert test kits. Just cut off the last 1/4" so it won't get clogged I even heated one up and bent it at a 45 degree angle for the hard to reach places.
