Could anyone tell me what this is?

It came attached to LR I bought, it appears to have a ruffled look...Any thoughts?

I'm not sure of it being an acan, it closes up at night and it seemed to appear out of nowhere...

What kind of Live Rock?

It kind of looks like a very small Caribbean Rose Brain Coral.

We get alot of the Rose Brains in on Florida Aquacultured rock, and they can be really cool corals as they grow.
