Water Blaster 7000?

I just got my pump online this past weekend. I was expecting a super quiet pump, but unfortunately this is not the case. Does the pump need to break in or is there anyone else having this problem? It's a low frequency hum that can be heard 2 rooms away.

You should definitely hear a hum from it, but it shouldn't be 2 rooms away. I would recommend shooting coralvue an email to [email protected] and see if they have heard of this with the 7000. This is the first I've heard any noise issues with this model.
