Boy you have some nice zoas.

The first picture of the Hawkins(?) is great, especially since it looks like it had a baby below. Actually, it looks like you broke off a piece and just let it go

Nice pics, Ron!

It's colonizing on it's own. I'm enjoying watching my icefire colonize, too.

Dee picked out most of the zoas. I finally have frags of most of them moved into the display tank. I can't wait for a year from now when they'll all colonized. It's taken 3-4 months to get to this point where I have a couple frags of most of them. Moving along on schedule. The best part is I only lost a couple. The blue agave and my purple hornets didn't make it. I have a lead on a replacement, though, so I should have a couple again soon.

I wish I had a growth shot on my Red Planet, it's amazing how much it's grown in the last month --

Ron

Wow.. this is almost a year old. Let me get the stand finished this week and Then I'll be bragging about it. Reluctant to take FTS's because I haven't finished it, yet. The pieces are cut and finally painted.

It was inspired by this tank:

http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/sh...ostid=11540863

Only intended to be bigger. The feedback I received from Unarce was invaluable and right on. Requirements were that it be different from all three sides of the tank, not look flat from any side, and I wanted the big shelf.

What's lost in the photos entirely is that the tank is 6' long which means that shelf is much more dramatic in person. Even from the other side of the room, the top of the spiral is fairly imposing.

Ron

One of a kind for sure.
Nice to have the open look I really like the rock tower to the left.

IIRC you have more live rock in the system ?
I have to get around to checking your system out.

It's a big spiral. There's also way more rock in the display tank than what that picture makes it look like. Not like some tanks that are packed full of rock, but more than it appears. There is a 100 gallon tank in the support system that has some rock.
