Sand suggestions
Ok so I am about to merge some of the contents of my 140 to an existing tank setup that I am picking up this weekend.
I was wondering what experiences people had with the sand changeover. I have heard good and bad of both and am just curious what others experiences have been with it. Also, if I was to decide on new sand what is the preferred type nowadays? I am looking for very white. thanks in advance |

My favorite is Tropic Eden ReefFlakes. Best sand on the market and also one of the cheapest. 30lbs for $20.

Yes, from Prem Aq. It is a nice flake size, will not blow around with flow. Is nice and white. And very clean out of the bag. Minimal rinsing is needed.
