Added a DC4
I am looking for some help. I added a DC4 or HD4, you know, the heavy duty four outlet job with the telephone cable interface. Well, I somehow or another got one outlet to turn on and allow my chiller to be "always on", but I am unable to figure out how to make the other three outlets work.
I have all four dip switches in the off position. I have the telephone cable connected to the V1/V2 outlet on the APEX unit. In going to my browser and looking at the status page, it appears to see the unit as there were four new outlets showing. I have plugged a lamp into one of the sockets an been trying to turn the lamp on with no luck. See if you can give me some direction on what to do next. Thanks, Mike |

The telephone wire goes to the control port not the variable speed ports.
See page 68 of the User Guide (stickied at the top of the forum) for information on setting the dip switches.
