One of Tunzes power supply (picture 1) gets extremly hot and the pump is not running anymore. Is there anything I can do or do I have to sent it to Roger?

Thanks.

I may be able to help you, a hot transformer typically indicates a short in the driver (aluminum box in the second picture) I would send it in. The transformer is likely OK, it just is being overloaded by the short in the driver.
